A relationship that's been important, perhaps for a long time, must be analyzed and renovated.  If these two want to maintain a connection, then a difficult discussion must be had. Person A has been gaining confidence, possibly in a new career field, but Person A's increased boldness is rousing resentment within Person B. Outwardly, Person A is busy creating something as a means of self-expression.
