We have a very powerful person who is unnecessarily holding onto a burden.  As they work to overcome conflicts, they are feeling weighed down by the present circumstances.  Although they're moving forward and making progress, this person should consider different ways they can lighten their load.  At some point in the future, they should plan a mini-vaca or weekend of rest, when they pause to enjoy all that they have harvested.  Their hard work is paying off!
