We have someone who's experiencing job dissatisfaction. They feel thoroughly displeased with something that their colleagues have done.  While team morale remains strong, this person is unhappy about how something is turning out.  They expected a process or product to be better by now, but hope should not be lost.  This is an extremely competent team who can tackle and correct the problems they are currently facing.  Keep working together to find all the needed elements; a proactive approach that will ultimately make this a successful workweek.
