We have someone who's been successful, but they're feeling lost.  Accumulation of wealth has put restrictions on them and/or their life.  Perhaps this person feels powerless because they are not managing their wealth well.  Maybe they're remaining in a limited situation that is negatively impacting their relationships, or the few options available to them could be adversely impacting their well-being.  Whatever the specific situation, there's been a loss that makes them feel persecuted and confused about how they ended up this circumstance.
