There are several ways to read this card combination.  Here's my interpretation:

Do you have a Pisces ex-boyfriend you're still on talking terms with?  Over the next week, expect a text message or telephone call from this agreeable guy.  His reaching out is nothing but a nice gesture of goodwill and friendship.  You shared a romance that's still important to him and, though you're no longer together, you ran through his mind and he wants to know how you're doing.  Alot of people ask the tarot, "Is my ex coming back?"  In this case, yes your ex is coming back - but only to reminisce and to swap current updates.
