We've got a querent after a breakup, who is taking a time-out from relationships.  Fearing future heartbreak and emotional pain, they are taking a break from the dating scene.  However, this person will eventually get back on the saddle again, because they have more love to give.  They know that something positive remains for the next relationship - when they're recharged and ready.  Although the breakdown of the relationship was hurtful, the breakdown itself was gentle and not aggressive - perhaps one of the partners ghosted or stonewalled into silence - kindly lessening the stress experienced by today's rejected querent.
