Today's tarot card combination presents the energetic relationship between two self-sufficient people.  Person A is a stoic ruler with unyielding power, and Person A can lend strength to Person B.  Person A has acquired power from important work that they started and completed.  Person B is trying to finish up their own work but is starting to feel weak, because Person B is forgetting the important adage that the tortoise wins the race.  Person B will need discipline to finish their work, and so Person B should turn to Person A as a role model who successfully employed self-control to complete important tasks.
