There has been a gradual build up of stress that has crescendoed into tragic and complete ruination for a Gemini who is in emotional and psychological shock (the Ten of Swords).  Although the outcome is uncertain, all this stress and tragedy were predestined, and it'd help for this Gem to remember that all circumstances change (the Wheel of Fortune):  Sometime soon there will be a quick turn for the better.  In the meantime, this Gemini should give themself time to recover from the shock, specifically by retiring.  If s/he needs to go off on their own, away from others, to process and accept what happened, then s/he should do just that.  And whether or not our querent could believe it, there is hope in their brighter future.
