Today's querent is a very wise man who is all heart (the King of Cups).  This lovely person is associated with or involved in art, and within the creative realm there will be lucky changes for this wise man.  It looks like this guy recently met his soulmate, but it's not been an instant love connection, because the other person has not felt compassionate and/or romantic about our querent (King of Cups with the Wheel of Fortune).  However, feelings are now in flux, as this soulmate is starting to appreciate that our artistic querent is a wonderful and unselfish human, who is also an extremely worthwhile partner.  As for this wise man, he has been very balanced between his head and his heart - he hasn't been bothered by the other person's lukewarm feelings, because he is preoccupied with his artistic endeavors (and perhaps he's a reader, so he's also dedicated to books and literature).  I think our creative querent is very at peace with the current chapter of his life, so he isn't too worked up if someone doesn't want to be romantically involved with him.  However, something I suspect is that both people have not comprehended the full significance of their relationship and its super sloooow burn/bloom.
