A querent is on their way to spiritual enlightenment by way of self-reflection, and by closely collaborating with a deep part of their mind that's coming into conscious - which is a passive process (the Hermit with Three of Pentacles).  However, what the querent is actively doing is mastering a skill, and the querent is practicing this skill contemplatively and in solitude.  All of this, from the private self-reflecting to mastering a skill, will result in the querent gaining a greater awareness of themself.  Because something that has been suppressed is in the process of revealing itself, and ultimately this querent will build/develop two new things:  [1] a new dimension of their personality and [2] a new skill to contribute to the world and to colleagues.
