playful querents
Querents are playfully disagreeing, and the situation feels like a serious game between very strong characters (the Chariot). Evenutally the querents will decide to take a journey together, and it will be an expedition with good outcomes (the Five of Wands). The eventual success of this pair or group will reconfirm you don't climb Mt. Everest alone. Directed competition benefits the group, so everyone involved should hold to their individual positions because that is the way this group will move forward. Rest whenever that is needed, and expect tempers to occasionally flare up, and don't be surprised when the querents' personal beliefs come into conflict, but it's each person's expression of willpower that makes this group strong - together.
If this ain't a message for the upcoming Thankgiving holiday, I don't know what is.
