ten of wands + eight of swords  

   An unenthusiastic querent is oppressed by an overwhelming situation (the Ten of Wands).  Taking care of key things feels cruel and heavy.  Stuck in this persecution, our restricted querent will be trapped until they figure out where their security lies (Eight of Swords).  Part of the problem may be our querent's limiting beliefs.  This person might not see or accept that while they are feeling put upon, s/he may've wished for this situation.
