A querent did some social pruning (Empress Reversed), in order to become more fully effective.  This person neglected something and/or someone who destabilized their life, so that their material abundance could increase (Nine of Pentacles).  Lack of growth in one part of the querent's life allowed her to finally come into her own, and now our querent has matured into a prosperous woman with few to no major worries.  She's enjoying both stability and luxury.
