I remember when I got my first UTI and was suffering like I never had.  My grammie merely noted "It won't be your last one, dear."  In the history of humanity, there've been infinite UTIs.

They happen.  Pain is inevitable for everybody, if only because each person ages and then dies.

A querent stands on the brink of experiencing a heartbreak breakthrough (Ace of Swords), partly because they've already done the difficult groundwork of identifying and acknowledging their suffering.  Although this person's unhappiness has felt unique to their individual life, sometime soon he or she will also understand that their suffering is fundamental, as in suffering is simply a basic characteristic of existence (Ace of Swords with Three of Swords).  Today's querent must practice intellectualizing pain in this objective way, because doing is a growth opportunity to move on from the desire that caused their heartbreak in the first place.
