   Today's querent is at the end of conflict and a row.  Our querent has reached an agreement with someone (Five of Wands Rx).  The competition between these two people inspired both discipline and hard work that was needed quickly, perhaps for small tedious tasks from a to-do list for a day or a week.  After investing much effort, there has been growth that required hands and manual labor, and good results are becoming obvious (Seven of Pentacles).
