Today's two cards are about a group of immature business colleagues who are anxiously competing with each other (Five of Wands).  This is a tricky and unpleasant situation, and one of the business colleagues is planning to run away from the immature competition (Five of Wands), but running away or any other form of disengagement would be dishonorable.  A better solution is for the folks in this professional group to start accommodating one another.
