There are always several contexts that tarot cards can fall into.  I'll read this card combination as the various response modes of an earthy querent (Hierophant).  This person is grounded in the physical world, enjoying traditions and good food and sweet wines (Page of Swords).  He or she goes by the book whenever they must deal with significant and serious issues, but most of the time, this person's façade is light and chatty as they juggle less important and everyday matters.  Today's tarot cards encourage our earthy querent to remain curious and helpful in their uniquely passive yet effective manner - flexibly alternating between light and chatty, versus serious and procedural, depending on whatever would be best for the situation at hand.

Supposing today's tarot is a continuation of yesterday's reading, then it would seem that some delayed news is finally on the way to our traditional querent, regarding imminent life changes (Fool).  During the entire process - while waiting, when news arrives, etcetera - our querent must be grounded and patient.  This person should also remain their talkative and charming self, because that is the part of their personality which appreciates and sees the beauty in life.
