Today's resourceful querents are adults who are refusing to socially mingle (Two of Pentalces + Four of Cups).  Although these two adults  may successfully share and balance resources in a practical sense, they are emotionally apathetic towards each other (Four of Cups).  Although these two are reluctant to interact socially, they both share the quality of flexibility, as well as a fun environment.  These querents are the coworkers who successfully avoid each other in the shared kitchen area, or homeowners who avoid each other at a neighborhood holiday potluck.
