Even though today's blessed querent feels overburdened by creative endeavors and/or obligations, they will need to keep working really hard (Ten of Wands).  He or she must push through whatever life struggles they're dealing with, as it is their duty to deal with problems that have popped up (Knight of Swords Rx).  Something helpful to remember is that this unpleasant pressure is temporary.  Today or this week, things have not gone as expected.  However, our querent should able to relax by the end of this month.
