Today's efficient querent has challenges coming up (Seven of Swords).  There are lies and trickery in their future, but s/he is highly action-oriented, and they'll persevere beyond another person's deceitful attempts (the Knight of Pentacles).  This will be a challenging situation that'll ultimately help our querent mature.  At the end of all this, our determined querent's innate efficiency will increase, and they will gain more control over their life.
