Today's fearful querent is temporarily imprisoned, and they have a lot of time to rest while being detained.  (Temporary because these are Minor Arcana cards, not Major Arcana.)  While this person is physically trapped in either prison or jail, emotionally they also feel stuck (the Eight of Swords).  Today's divination suggests that our fearful querent is thinking alot about self-sabotage; about how they set themself up for failure; how they blame themself for getting incarcerated.  INSTEAD, today's cards want our querent to be more positive and proactive:  This card combination is a cosmic nudge for our querent to quietly prepare for the moment when he or she can rise to the occasion and successfully deal with the difficult situation.  This challenging card combo asks our querent to make sweet lemonade out of extra-sour lemons.
